Please follow the instructions below for all submissions:

Proof your manuscripts: We publish only well-written, well-edited manuscripts. We DO provide editing and proofing, but we expect your manuscript to be as polished and typo free as possible. The more error free your work is, the easier it is for us to focus on the quality of your writing.

FICTION GUIDELINES:

Query Letter, Synopsis, Author Bio, and Manuscript: We require a query letter, synopsis, author bio, and complete manuscripts for all fiction submissions. Keep your query letter and synopsis brief and to the point—a one-page for the query letter, and no more than three paragraphs for the synopsis and author bio. All documents Must be in .docx format.

QUERY LETTER: Query Letter must be submitted by pasting it in the body of the email. It MUST include:

  • word count;
  • genre;
  • your contact information;
  • a blurb about your manuscript; and
  • a statement of how you plan to help us sell your book. While we vigorously promote all our books, publishing is a partnership, and we expect our authors to be fully committed to helping us promote their books.

 

SYNOPSIS: Synopsis must be submitted as a .dox document attached to the email. Synopsis MUST:

  • be no more than 3 pages in length, regardless of length of manuscript;
  • have the header formatted like this: your name/the title/synopsis on the upper left and page number on the right;
  • have one-inch margins on all sides;
  • be double spaced; and
  • use 12 pt. Times New Roman type.

 

MANUSCRIPT: Your completed and polished manuscript must be submitted as a .docx document attached to the email. Manuscript MUST:

  • have the Header formatted like this: your name/the title on the upper left and page number on the right;
  • have one-inch margins on all sides;
  • be double spaced; and
  • use 12 pt. Times New Roman type.

 

AUTHOR BIO: Your author bio must be submitted as a .docx document attached to your email. It must be written in third-person format and no more than three paragraphs.

 

NON-FICTION GUIDELINES:

For non-fiction proposals: We need a cover letter, a non-fiction book proposal, an author bio, and two sample chapters submitted as follows:

 COVER LETTER: Your cover letter should include your contact information, a brief blurb about the subject matter of your book, and a brief statement about how you plan to help promote your book. Submit your cover letter by pasting it into the body of the email.

NON-FICTION BOOK PROPOSAL: Your book proposal must be submitted as an .docx document attached to the email.

SAMPLE CHAPTERS: Your sample chapters (following the formatting guidelines for fiction submissions) must be submitted as a .docx document attached to the email.

AUTHOR BIO: Your author bio must be submitted as a .docx document attached to your email. It must be written in third-person format, no more than three paragraphs, and should contain a statement about your qualifications and expertise in your subject matter.

WE REPEAT: ALL SUBMISSIONS ARE VIA EMAIL ONLY.
